Role Overview

This role sits at the center of Sales, Marketing, and Client Journey, building and owning cross-department reporting and process alignment.

What You Will Do

Build and own cross-department reporting, run alignment process, catch process gaps, and report directly to the CEO.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience
• Experience in Operations
• Master’s degree required
• Track record of building or owning cross-functional reporting and process systems
