Head of Data Operations

We are looking for a Head of Data Operations to lead our Data Operations Hub for Iberia, serving the business units in Spain and Portugal. This role is key to ensuring the generation, quality, reliability, and availability of data within Operations, allowing teams to make informed decisions based on metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, BI, or data operations.
• Experience leading teams.
• Advanced mastery of key analysis and visualization tools, including SQL, Power BI, and advanced Excel, as well as management of visualization tools; Python will be considered a plus.
• Analytical capacity, strategic vision, and business orientation.
• Clear communication and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent Spanish and English (Portuguese valuable)
