Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Manager to drive profitable growth across the Western United States. This is an exceptional opportunity to inherit an established territory while expanding market share through direct customer engagement, strategic account development, and channel partner management.
What You Will Do
Achieve quarterly and annual sales and margin targets, identify growth opportunities, recruit and manage channel partners, deliver accurate sales forecasts, and support partners and customers with joint sales calls and training.

Requirements
- 10+ years in regional sales management, channel management, or direct sales
- Bachelor’s or associate degree (or equivalent skills/experience)
- Outstanding written and verbal communication
- Leadership: Proven ability to inspire, collaborate, and drive complex solutions
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of Emissions and Engine Testing markets, system integrators, stack testers and channel partners
Benefits
- Base Compensation Range: $130,000 – $150,000 per year
