Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for driving pipeline growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities across target enterprise, corporate, and government segments.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or outbound B2B ICT sales.
  • Experience prospecting across enterprise or government customer environments is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve activity targets and contribute to revenue pipeline growth.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools and structured outreach methodologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow within technology sales.
