Role Overview

The IT Business Partner (Sales Operations) serves as the strategic technology partner for the Sales Operations organization, driving digital transformation initiatives and ensuring IT solutions effectively support business growth across European markets.

Act as the primary IT partner for the Sales Operations organization, building strong relationships with business stakeholders and understanding strategic objectives. Translate business strategies into digital roadmaps and technology initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Partner, Business Analyst, Digital Product Manager, Solution Consultant, or similar role.
• Experience supporting Sales Operations, Dealer Management Systems, CRM, ERP, or enterprise business applications.
• Experience delivering business software solutions in automotive, manufacturing, mobility, retail, or enterprise software industries is preferred.
