Role Overview
The Financial Planning and Analysis Lead is responsible for delivering financial planning, analysis, and decision support across the dealership by translating operational performance into actionable insights.
What You Will Do
The role involves leading the annual budgeting process, developing forecasts, building financial models, partnering with leadership, analyzing profitability, and supporting pricing and margin optimization.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of FP&A or finance experience, strong financial modeling and analytical skills, and the ability to lead through influence and partner with operational leaders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 5-7 years of FP&A or finance experience

- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
