Zilliant is a SaaS company looking for a strategic and hands-on Director, People Operations, to lead the operational engine of their global HR function, overseeing workforce planning, employee relations, global payroll, benefits administration, performance and merit processes, HR systems, and board-level reporting.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience
- Significant leadership within global People Operations environments
- Proven experience leading and developing multi-disciplinary People teams
- Experience navigating employment law and workforce actions in Europe
- Experience managing reductions in force (RIFs), international employment matters, and high-risk employee relations cases
- Strong expertise in global payroll and benefits administration
- Experience setting strategy and governance for the People technology ecosystem
