Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Operations Consultant to join our dynamic Revenue Operations (RevOps) team. In this role, you will help clients align their sales, marketing, and customer service operations by designing, implementing, and optimizing the platforms that power them.

What You Will Do

You’ll work across our main RevOps platforms, starting with a focus on Zendesk. As our go-to Zendesk expert, you’ll lead implementations, data migrations, and training, helping clients streamline their support operations and connect customer service to the rest of their revenue engine.

Requirements

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience with API integrations and web services for connecting Zendesk with other systems is highly desirable
• Project management experience with a strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and mitigate risks
• Zendesk Certifications (e.g., Implementation Expert Bootcamp, Presales Specialist & Expert Path, Advanced AI – Technical) are a significant plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service
• An interest in learning other RevOps offerings such as HubSpot, Marketo, and Salesforce – leading implementations based on business and client needs
