Billing Operations Manager

Role Overview

Zoecklein Law P.A. is seeking a proactive, organized Billing Operations Manager to oversee the firm’s billing, collections, bookkeeping, marketing coordination, and intake team.

What You Will Do

Maintain accurate financial records, improve collection processes, coordinate approved marketing initiatives, and ensure the intake team consistently follows through with prospective clients.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in billing, collections, bookkeeping, or financial operations.
• Previous supervisory experience, including assigning work, coaching employees, and addressing performance concerns.
• Working knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Experience coordinating marketing projects, vendors, or campaigns.
• Proficiency with bookkeeping software, Excel, CRM platforms, and business management systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and exercise sound judgment.
• Ability to discuss payment concerns professionally and handle confidential information responsibly.
