Join Zoom’s People Analytics team to architect and maintain the data infrastructure that powers workforce insights. Collaborate with analysts and business stakeholders to ensure data quality and scalable solutions.
What You Will Do
Design and implement ETL pipelines, develop optimized data models, build and maintain scalable data infrastructure, and create complex SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with both Airflow for pipeline orchestration and dbt for data transformation
- Strong expertise in AWS data services and cloud infrastructure
- Proven track record of translating complex business requirements into scalable, production-grade data solutions
