We’re seeking a Senior App Growth Marketing Manager to drive our app’s growth across multiple channels in a dynamic matrix organization.

Requirements

• Several years in Growth Marketing roles, ideally in E-Commerce/Apps, with proven success in performance optimization, cross-functional coordination, and tools like AppsFlyer.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and structured working to align teams, prioritize initiatives, and drive growth in complex environments—no need to be a technical app development expert.
• Strategic, hands-on mindset with passion for scalable growth; fluent English, German a plus.
