Interim Group Chief Revenue Officer – Financial Services Consulting + Technology / SaaS

We are working with a well-established, pan-European financial services consulting and technology organization delivering end-to-end solutions across banking, insurance, and capital markets. The firm combines deep sector knowledge with strong integration and technology delivery capabilities, serving a diverse portfolio of Tier 1 and mid-tier clients.

We are seeking an Interim Group Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to partner closely with the founders and senior leadership team. The successful candidate will take ownership of the group’s commercial and revenue strategy; with a clear mandate to transform, modernize, and drive growth across all client-facing functions.

Key Objectives:

  • Lead the development and execution of a new commercial strategy across the group.
  • Maximize cross-sell and upsell opportunities across existing accounts and geographies.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities in both established and new markets, including white-space product innovation.
  • Own day-to-day oversight of all commercial, sales, and revenue-generating teams.
  • Integrate marketing, technology, and operations into a unified go-to-market engine.
  • Embed a high-performance, client-centric sales culture across the organization.
  • Position the firm as a next-gen, competitive force in financial services consulting and tech integration.

Candidate Profile:

  • Senior leadership experience as a CRO, Managing Director, or P&L owner within a financial services consulting and technology environment.
  • Background with either a global consultancy or a high-performing boutique.
  • Deep domain knowledge across financial services — including banking, insurance, and capital markets.
  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholders and drive commercial transformation.
  • Highly pragmatic, energetic, and straight-talking — someone who leads from the front.
  • Strong strategic and executional capability with a passion for innovation and growth.
  • Must be visible, office-based, and a natural culture-carrier.
