Zscaler is a pioneer and global leader in zero trust security. We are looking for a Director of Business Operations – People & Culture to join our team. This role is based in San Jose, CA and reports to the VP, People Operations in the People & Culture (P&C) department.
Requirements
- Act as a strategic partner to the PLT to refine strategy and translate high-level goals into prioritized quarterly actions.
- Orchestrate the business rhythm by leading OKR management, facilitating high-impact executive reviews, and operationalizing the annual operations calendar across P&C
- Collect, maintain, and monitor P&C’s key performance results thru dashboards to produce rich and relevant insights, and make high-quality data-driven decisions.
