Role Overview

Join our Information Technology Business Applications team in a hybrid capacity based in San Jose, CA, reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Application Engineering. Drive the design, development, and scaling of robust Salesforce solutions that empower internal stakeholders and optimize business processes.

What You Will Do

Develop and customize user interface components using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura, design and maintain highly efficient Apex Controllers, Triggers, and SOQL/SOSL queries, execute robust testing strategies, and perform routine data administration.

Requirements

• Experience leveraging generative AI tools (such as Copilot, Gemini, or ChatGPT) to accelerate Salesforce development, optimize Apex code quality, or write test classes
• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with a background in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Expertise in developing Lightning Components with CSS and design parameters to enhance look and feel
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, architecture, and core platform capabilities
• Experience programming in Apex, Visualforce pages, LWC, and Aura Component development
• U.S. citizenship, required due to the nature of the customers assigned to this role
