Technical Account Manager

Zuora is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join their team. The TAM will be a hands-on technical advisor and trusted strategic partner for customers, guiding them on how to best architect and scale their subscription business. The role requires strong technical skills, including proficiency with SQL and experience with APIs, as well as excellent communication and relationship skills.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on SaaS/enterprise application experience
  • Strong proficiency with SQL and experience with APIs
  • Experience working directly with technical stakeholders
  • Background in computer engineering, software engineering, solution architecture, or technical consulting
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills
