The Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) leads financial analysis efforts for FlightSafety International Defense (FSID) to support strategic and tactical decision making. This role oversees the preparation of the Financial plan, manages the bi-weekly forecasting process, and ensures compliance with government accounting and acquisition laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business, or related field
- 10 years of relevant experience, including experience working in federal contracting
- Strong FAR experience, particularly Part 15 understanding
- Ability to anticipate accounting, financial reporting and operational issues
