Tasks

  • Optimize processes around the sales funnel, from lead generation to customer success
  • Work hand-in-hand with all go-to-market teams and identify opportunities to improve workflows
  • Implement and maintain RevOps tooling (e.g. CRM, BI tools)
  • Own automation across our revenue teams
  • Be the one who enables everyone else to succeed in their goals through data and processes

Requirements

  • 3+ years Revenue/Sales/GTM Operations experience
  • Strong experience with tools like Hubspot, Salesforce or similar CRMs, as well as Excel/Google Sheets and ideally BI tools like Looker, Tableau, etc.
  • A sharp mind with the ability to crystalize complexity for different audiences
  • Excitement for building up a new function from scratch
  • A bias for action and the ability to proactively push projects forward
  • Excellent communication skills in English (German not required)
