We are conducting a confidential search for a Chief Revenue Officer on behalf of a growing, institutionally backed commercial furniture manufacturer with a strong multi-brand platform and a national footprint across hospitality, education, healthcare, senior living, worship, restaurant, and government channels.
This is a highly visible executive leadership role reporting directly to the CEO and partnering closely with the Board of Directors to drive enterprise-wide growth, market expansion, pricing strategy, and commercial transformation.
The organization has experienced both organic growth and strategic acquisitions and is seeking a sophisticated revenue leader capable of integrating sales, marketing, product strategy, pricing architecture, customer engagement, and channel development into a unified go-to-market strategy.
Key Areas of Focus
- Building and executing a scalable enterprise revenue strategy
- Leading multi-channel B2B sales organizations and independent rep networks
- Expanding distribution partnerships and identifying new market opportunities
- Driving pricing discipline, margin optimization, and SKU-level analytics
- Aligning product, marketing, and commercial strategies for accelerated growth
- Strengthening customer engagement, retention, and long-term account value
- Developing KPI-driven forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance measurement systems
- Creating cross-functional alignment between sales, marketing, operations, finance, and product teams
This executive will lead a senior commercial organization that includes VP and Director-level leadership while helping shape the next phase of growth for a respected manufacturer operating in highly relationship-driven commercial markets.
Ideal Candidates Will Bring
- Proven success leading complex B2B commercial sales organizations
- Strong experience within commercial furniture, manufacturing, contract/interiors, architectural products, or related industries
- Deep expertise in revenue growth, market expansion, pricing strategy, and channel development
- Experience operating in multi-brand and multi-channel environments
- A strategic yet hands-on leadership style with strong operational and analytical capabilities
- Executive presence with the ability to influence leadership teams, customers, and boards
