Overview
We are looking for a hands-on, commercially driven CRO to lead and scale our revenue engine across sales, strategic account management, and client expansion. This role is ideal for a player-coach leader focused on expanding revenue within an existing client base while building structure and discipline to scale from ~$20M to $50M.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Leadership & Strategy
- Lead sales, account management, and client growth functions
- Develop and execute scalable revenue strategy
- Partner with CEO on pricing and growth initiatives
Client Expansion & Execution
- Drive cross-sell, upsell, and renewals
- Lead strategic client conversations
- Identify growth opportunities across key sectors
Team Leadership & Coaching
- Lead and develop sales and account management team
- Improve commercial performance and execution
Operational Discipline
- Establish pipeline cadence and forecasting
- Ensure CRM accuracy and accountability
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 10+ years in B2B revenue or client growth roles
- Proven success expanding existing accounts
- Experience in $10M–$50M environments
- Player-coach mindset with hands-on execution
- Experience in healthcare, government, or enterprise services preferred
