The role involves building and maintaining reporting and analytics foundations, improving visibility into performance metrics, and applying AI-driven tools to enhance forecasting, automation, and productivity. This hands-on position requires a data-driven individual comfortable connecting data to decisions.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, and visualizations).
- Exposure to CRM or GTM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, etc.).
- Experience or strong interest in automation and AI productivity tools.
- Excellent organization, communication, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
