Sales Operations Specialist

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire sales order process from creation to completion, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee contract execution and approval workflows, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain and update sales databases, dashboards, and regional management reports.
  • Coordinate with sales, project, and delivery teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Support pricing, quotation, and commercial documentation processes.
  • Monitor order progress and proactively resolve operational issues or delays.
  • Ensure adherence to regional and corporate processes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve sales operations efficiency.

Qualification and expertise:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, project coordination, or customer management within the energy or renewable energy sector.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, contract management, and regional market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize processes and support decision-making.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools (CRM, Excel, etc.).
  • Fluency in Chinese, English, and French.
  • Must hold a valid work visa for legal employment in France.
