This role involves leading Ads sales operations, developing go-to-market strategies, building strong client relationships, and scaling operations to increase advertiser adoption and retention. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and analytical individual with experience in fast-paced environments.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in fast-paced environments
  • Experience in digital advertising and revenue growth
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with developing outbound sales processes
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in English
