KAIROS, Inc is searching for a Financial Analyst, Journeyman, to join our team. The position will support a program office located at Naval Air Station Patuxent River (Pax).

Requirements

  • Conduct quantitative analyses of information affecting investment programs of public or private institutions
  • Provide budget support for the program office to include budget preparation, financial performance monitoring and reporting
  • Manage financial data, tracking budget allocations, and ensuring accurate financial documentation within the program office
  • Tracks project spend plans in comparison to actuals to identify trends and areas of concern in financial data
  • Strong customer relations, analytics, and documentation skills
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, strong work ethic with a commitment to quality
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to work within a challenging, fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to multitask and meet competing, deliverable deadlines
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide clear status and/or communicate issues
  • Ability to adapt to evolving technology
