We are looking for a sharp and self-driven individual to join our Marketing Data and Analytics team. The team works to drive alignment across the customer journey on a wide variety of platforms. The role involves inputting and maintaining data in Salesforce, Marketo or other systems, data cleansing and transformation activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity, and identifying and resolving any data discrepancies or issues.
Requirements
- MBA or Bachelors in Marketing, Business, or equivalent education and experience
- Prior experience working in marketing, data management, operation, or equivalent role, preferably in the financial services sector
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving/research skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to independently work as a contributing member in a high-paced and focused team
