Product Ops Manager – Stores, Assets Protection & Properties Product Operations

The Product Ops Manager – Stores, Assets Protection & Properties Product Operations is responsible for collaborating across product, tech, and partner teams to deliver new product capabilities needed to support Enterprise and Stores, AP & Properties strategic outcomes.

Requirements

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of product management, project management, or product ops experience
  • Foundational retail field domain/operations knowledge preferred
  • Comfort navigating uncertainty and ability to self-organize, meet deadlines and lead with resilience
  • Demonstrated ability to bridge business and technical teams – understands product principles and technology interactions
  • Experience working in an agile environment (e.g. user stories, iterative development, scrum teams, sprints, personas)
  • Project or program management experience – Ability to successfully manage one or multiple initiatives utilizing a wide variety of project management tools and resources (SmartSheet, Confluence and Jira experience)
  • Ability to story tell and communicate complex concepts in easy-to-understand terminology across multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to influence peers and partners to find common ground, push for consistency where possible, facilitate conversations, and navigate competing interests
  • Critical thinker and proven problem solver, including in scenarios where data is not readily available
  • Curiosity with a passion for learning and contributing to a growth culture
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and change – Operating at the heart of Target’s growth strategy
  • Experience creating and delivering product tools & stakeholder materials
