Requirements
- 8+ years experience in HR Operations / People Operations within a tech organization
- Strong hands-on experience managing payroll
- Experience handling visa processing and immigration compliance
- Solid knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable operating in a scaling, fast-paced environment
