Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive HRIS experience with hands-on system configuration and administration.
- Strong expertise in Dayforce (configuration, reporting, security, updates).
- Experience supporting system integrations and payroll interfaces.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, advanced formulas).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- High attention to detail with ability to identify and recommend improvements.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
