The Spec Analytics Analyst is a developing professional role in the North America Consumer Bank – Customer Experience (CX) Analytics team. The role involves analyzing data to identify pain points, trends, and opportunities for service improvement, and making recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline processes.
Requirements
- Work with large and complex data sets to evaluate, recommend, and support the implementation of business strategies
- Identify and compile data sets using a variety of tools to help predict, improve, and measure the success of key business to business outcomes
- Document data requirements, data collection / processing / cleaning, and exploratory data analysis
- Assess risk when business decisions are made and demonstrate consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets
- Possess analytic ability and problem solving skills
- Working experience in a quantitative field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build partnerships with cross-functional teams
