Contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer experience through the management, analysis, and monitoring of metrics. Support in consolidating, cleaning, and validating CX data. Create and update periodic KPI presentations for customer and operation.

Requirements

  • Last semester of Commercial Engineering, Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Systems/ Data Engineering, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of Office packages.
  • Intermediate level knowledge of Excel (databases, formulas, dynamic tables).
  • Manage PowerPoint for executive presentations.
  • Basic knowledge of Power BI or other visualization tools.
  • Basic understanding of KPIs.
  • Experience in similar positions for at least 6 months.
  • Analytical ability, attention to detail, teamwork, critical and analytical thinking.
