Lead Dine-out Nationwide: Oversee merchant acquisition and incubation for Dine Out across Vietnam, managing a team of BD Specialists to deliver performance and sustainable growth. OneGrab Strategic Partnerships: Build partnership opportunities with top/strategic partners, building cross-vertical collaborations to accelerate Grab’s ecosystem growth. New Growth Projects: Lead Travel business development and other ad-hoc projects to create incremental demand and expand Grab’s value proposition.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or account management, including 2–3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience leading and developing teams, driving performance and delivering measurable outcomes, building and scaling new projects.
- Track record in merchant acquisition and strategic partnerships with top/main accounts.
- Ability to define growth strategies and complete complex projects.
- Comfortable with data analysis to identify opportunities and solve challenges.
