- Development and optimization of reporting structures, dashboards and data processes
- Evaluation and improvement of the performance of marketing measures along the entire customer journey
- Lead qualification and the efficient transfer of qualified leads to sales teams
- Development of automated CRM workflows in Salesforce and optimization of lead and campaign logic
