We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our Data & Analytics team. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will develop data science solutions with a strong impact on Vattenfall Business to Consumer (BtC) ambitions. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure your solutions match their needs. You will be part of the Vattenfall BTC Data & Analytics department, which develops data driven solutions for our customers and customer processes.
Requirements
- Academic degree with a strong quantitative component
- At least 6 years of professional experience in a data scientist role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Working experience in an agile environment
- Writing production worthy Python code
- Extensive knowledge of machine learning techniques
- Solid foundation in probability theory and statistics
- Working with large and complex data sets
- Experience with DevOps practices
