Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or online trading, preferably in retail, beauty, or FMCG.
- Proven ability to manage revenue growth, campaign execution, and digital performance optimization.
- Strong leadership and team management experience with the ability to coach.
