We are hiring a Strategic Account Executive for Institutional DeFi to drive enterprise sales and evangelize institutional DeFi, bridging TradFi and DeFi and building high-level relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B enterprise sales, specifically selling SaaS, financial technology (FinTech), or data analytics solutions to institutional finance clients.
- Deep understanding of compliance, security, and risk frameworks governing legacy finance (TradFi), paired with strong fluency in blockchain architecture and Decentralized Finance (DeFi).
- Exceptional ability to communicate highly technical concepts to non-technical executives and decision-makers.
- Familiarity with the Canton Network, privacy-enabled blockchains, or enterprise Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) solutions is highly preferred.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in an emerging and rapidly evolving market.
