Sittercity is a technology platform reimagining the childcare industry, seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to lead multi-channel acquisition, lifecycle, and engagement strategies across B2B2E and DTC segments. The role will develop and execute an integrated revenue growth strategy, supporting both B2B2E partnerships and DTC marketplace growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 7-10 years of experience in performance marketing across paid, earned and owned channels
- Hands on experience with Google Ads, Meta, paid and organic social, as well as demand gen tactics such as SEO/AEO with a focus on DTC e-commerce
- Experience managing lifecycle programs and digital marketing and customer acquisition metrics and attribution
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and turn insights into strategies
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to coach teams to be their best
