Data Analyst plays a central role in supporting data-driven decision making across Koin’s multi-brand e-commerce business, producing reliable KPI reporting and analysing data across key commercial functions.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in a data analyst, business analyst, or similar analytics role
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret business data across multiple functions
  • Experience working with KPI reporting and performance analysis
  • Comfortable analyzing data across commercial, marketing, and operational contexts
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with curiosity to investigate trends and ask “why” when analyzing data
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to clearly explain technical analysis and data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience using AI tools to assist with analysis, automation, or productivity
  • Strong written and spoken English with the ability to communicate insights clearly
