Rent the Runway (RTR) is looking for a Data Analyst II to develop and manage crucial data models that describe its customers and business. The role involves partnering with cross-functional teams, creating rich reporting and data visualizations, and defining KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 2-4+ years of hands-on experience with large, complex data sets.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
- Highly proficient in SQL, with the ability to write efficient, optimized queries for large-scale datasets.
- Experience with data analytics tools such as Looker or Tableau.
- Experience with dimension modeling and data architecture.
- Experience with DBT for transforming and managing data models.
- Experience with code management and deployment on Github.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to uncover insights and communicate findings effectively.
