Alpha Inc. is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead the financial planning process, drive insight, and build executive-ready financial clarity. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and experience leading cross-functional financial planning in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Advanced degree or certification such as CFA or CPA is a plus
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Experience leading cross-functional financial planning in a fast-paced environment
