FP&A – Global Client & Industry – Associate Director role in EY GDS Poland involves supporting the EY C&I organization, providing financial analysis and modeling, and promoting collaboration across Finance with other functions.
Requirements
- Graduate and/or professional certification in a business-related subject matter (i.e., Accounting, Finance).
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of corporate financial management and financial planning and analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to design and implement solutions independently.
- Experience applying AI and machine learning to financial data.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Familiarity with EY reporting tools (e.g., FR, Revenue Analyzer, ThoughtSpot).
- Ability to work flexibly across time zones and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
