At Auror, we empower the retail industry to tackle theft and Organised Retail Crime. We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to drive long-term strategic value and deep product integration across our enterprise partnerships.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Enterprise Customer Success or Account Management (SaaS preferred)
  • Ability to navigate complex hierarchies and speak the language of senior leaders
  • Data-driven approach with ability to turn raw engagement data into a compelling narrative
  • Commercial eye with ability to spot opportunities to solve additional problems for customers
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with ability to drive change without direct authority
