Requirements
- Strong experience in Enterprise Customer Success or Account Management (SaaS preferred)
- Ability to navigate complex hierarchies and speak the language of senior leaders
- Data-driven approach with ability to turn raw engagement data into a compelling narrative
- Commercial eye with ability to spot opportunities to solve additional problems for customers
- Proactive problem-solving skills with ability to drive change without direct authority
