We’re recruiting a Regional Sales Manager to shape regional strategy, lead a team, and drive growth and performance. The role involves managing a team, leading with impact, and developing strategic regional plans aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years’ sales leadership experience managing a sales-focussed team, ideally with regional coverage.
  • Proven ability to lead with impact, driving success and delivering results, fostering a collaborative high-performance culture.
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical expertise to access market trends and develop strategic regional plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage P&L, budgeting, and operational finance.
  • Build strong customer partnerships with key decision makers with the ability to influence decisions through innovative solutions and customer-centric thinking.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Tech-savvy and confident using Salesforce and digital platforms to optimize performance, track metrics to provide insights that influence decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with practical experience using CRM and ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of the building products or manufacturing industries or similar is an advantage.
