The Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for generating country-specific dashboards, determining sales enablement priorities, and communicating with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with suitable IT skills
  • 5+ years’ experience in a high-performance sales organization in Sales enablement or commercial excellence
  • Deep understanding on Salesforce.com CRM
  • Ability to develop dashboard on Power BI
  • Strong business acumen
  • Able to build internal relationships with sales and marketing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive, agile, and sense of urgency
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization
