EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Sales Operations Associate to support the company’s service delivery requirements. The successful candidate will source and liaise with third-party vendors globally to provide IT & AV equipment, manage delivery timescales, and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office software programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong numeracy skills and analytical ability
- Efficient time management skills, with ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks
- Able to work as part of a team in a fast moving, growing global company
- Evidence of excellent organisational and proactive problem solver, who can think on their feet to overcome issues with supply
- Can maintain a high standard of work, even when working under pressure and handling multiple issues
- Be a motivated, self-starter, who can demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in their work
- Be flexible and adaptable to change to meet the needs of the customer working across different time zones
