The opportunity: As a Senior Product Manager for User Activation & Growth at Taxfix, you will redefine how we grow, using AI-augmented experimentation, Behavioral Science, and data-driven decision-making to attract new users and convert them into loyal tax filers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing digital products
- Proven track record of driving product-led growth for a high-scale consumer product with measurable growth impact, working with cross-functional teams
- Applied knowledge of Behavioral Science including nudging, choice architecture, and cognitive bias reduction – to influence user behavior and improve activation
- Strong qualitative research skills, including user interviewing and user flow analysis, combined with a data-driven, analytical mindset and deep user empathy to identify high-impact opportunities and drive KPI impact
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI to develop hypotheses, run experiments, create prototypes, and pre-validate solution options
- Experience with high-tempo experimentation and funnel optimization to improve existing and launch new growth loops
- Structured approach to planning and prioritization, with the ability to develop rigorous impact assessments and deliver reliably
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate efficiently with designers, engineers, marketers, and company leaders, creating alignment and driving decisions with an inclusive communication style and the ability to develop well-structured, data-informed narratives
- High ownership mindset you drive problems to resolution without waiting to be directed
- Full professional proficiency in English
