VP of Sales Operations role at a venture-backed healthtech company, responsible for building and leading the operational backbone of commercial organization, connecting demand generation, order management, fulfillment, and revenue operations.

Requirements

  • 8–15+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or related roles
  • Experience managing DTC ecommerce operations for physical products – ideally devices or hardware
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot, Shopify, and Salesforce
  • Experience working with contract manufacturers and/or supply chain and fulfillment partners
  • Proven ability to build systems and processes from the ground up in a high-growth environment
  • Strong analytical and operational mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-moving environment
