We are seeking a results-driven Principal Business Development Executive to join our Partner Sales Organization. You will own and grow large partner accounts, driving revenue through strong relationships, strategic planning, and disciplined execution.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in sales or relationship management, preferably managing large accounts or partners in a B2B2C model
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset
  • Proven track record of executing strategies and delivering measurable results
  • Solid financial acumen and ability to use key financial indicators in decision-making
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
