ZEISS is seeking a highly articulate individual with an interest in Sales and/or Business Development to join our organization as an Internal Business Development Representative (iBDR) within our Marketing Department. As an iBDR, you will be responsible for conducting sales calls with prospective and existing accounts, identifying and qualifying leads, and promoting ZEISS products and services.

Requirements

  • Identify and qualify leads for opportunities to drive territory growth
  • Explore new and creative ways of reaching our customers and increasing business
  • Contact declining accounts and re-engage to re-establish lost business.
  • Create strategic approaches to generate interest in meeting with a field Sales Representative.
  • Support Open Territories remotely, to meet and exceed sales growth.
  • Documenting interactions with customers within Salesforce.
  • Support Marketing and Sales growth initiatives nationwide
  • Track and report progress of prospective and new accounts to Marketing and Sales management
  • Be part of key initiatives and projects throughout the year
  • Establish working relationship with local territory sales team to increase business
  • Perform additional tasks as required.
