ZEISS is seeking an Internal Business Development Representative to join their Marketing Department in a remote position. The ideal candidate will have experience in direct sales, telesales, customer support, marketing, or sales support, and knowledge of optical products or experience in optical dispensing.

Requirements

  • Prefer bachelor’s degree or 2-3 years of experience in direct sales, telesales, customer support, marketing, or sales support.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in direct sales, telesales, customer support, marketing, or sales support
  • Knowledge of Optical products or experience in optical dispensing
  • Optical industry experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce a plus
  • Specific familiarity with ECP & accounts a strong plus.
  • Excellent phone presence and ability to speak and communicate ideas clearly
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, and analytical skills required
  • Customer service experience
  • Experience with a multi-national brand, global company preferred.
