Marketing Operations Manager to oversee marketing finance operations, manage legal contracts, and support the implementation of the SEU Marketing Operating Model. Opportunity to support key marketing operations across multiple disciplines and grow market share in Southern Europe.
Requirements
- Proven years’ experience managing marketing operations within a complex organisation
- Experience with marketing operations tools and implementing processes to solve business needs
- Experience in marketing finance administration, including POs, accruals and finance systems
- Experience with legal contract processes and working with legal documentation
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Resilient, comfortable with ambiguity and experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative problem-solver with an innovative mindset
- Confident, effective communicator able to operate at pace
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work through both formal and informal networks
- Results-driven, self-motivated and solutions-focused
- Fast learner who adapts quickly, embraces challenges and extracts learnings from setbacks
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (beneficial)
- Proven experience delivering best-in-class marketing operations
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to deliver concise and clear narratives
- Numerate and data-savvy, with a data-driven mindset
- Flexible and adaptable to changing environments and priorities
- Awareness of core marketing channels, principles and best practices
