Requirements
- Own and manage the LATAM budgeting and forecasting process
- Maintain and enhance the financial model infrastructure
- Lead the preparation of management reporting packs
- Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast
- Develop and enhance reporting frameworks and KPIs
- Own the long-term planning process
- Partner closely with regional leadership, Sales, and Operations
- Collaborate with Accounting and Treasury
- Support and lead ad hoc analysis, business cases, and strategic projects
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and reporting capabilities
- Leverage data, systems, and emerging technologies
- Build and develop the FP&A team
